The first
Team Building trip in Phu Tho – Hanoi in May 2025

At SUPO, each member is an essential link in the company. Through internal team activities, the company hopes that all members can recharge themselves with positive energy, thereby being ready to face challenges and difficulties together on a new journey.

In early May 2025, SUPO members attended the wedding of PM An Pham in Phu Tho and participated in Team Building activities in Hanoi. Surely, each member gained many beautiful memories with their close colleagues during this trip.

Mr. Nguyen – Software Development Department
Before the trip, I felt extremely excited and looked forward to it because normally it’s very difficult to have the opportunity to travel together and meet colleagues whom I had never met in person, as everyone works remotely. During the trip, I had time to talk and have fun with colleagues while visiting Hung Temple in Phu Tho. This gave us more opportunities to communicate and bond with each other. Thank you, SUPO, for giving me such a joyful and meaningful trip.

Mr. Manh – Software Development Department
Although I have been with the company for less than a year, I already had the chance to experience a Team Building trip with my colleagues. What impressed me the most was meeting and interacting with many people from different departments. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing me plenty of time to explore famous places in Phu Tho and Hanoi. In addition, the team-building activities and meals helped everyone bond more closely and truly “let loose” together—something rarely seen in the workplace. I hope we will have more trips like this in the future to create many more memorable moments together.

I hope that next year we will have the opportunity to join a Team Building trip at exciting destinations such as Nha Trang or Da Nang, with a longer duration. I believe that spending more time together would allow us to experience more, relax more, and fully enjoy the journey, creating even more beautiful memories and strengthening our bonds as a team.
