SupoTech websites ( “Websites” ), mobile applications ( “Apps” ), and related services (together with the Websites and Apps, the “Service” ) are operated by SUPOTECH ( “SupoTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our” ).

Access to and use of the Service is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) .
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications.

We may amend, update, or change these Terms from time to time.
If we do, we will post a notice on the Websites for at least 7 days after changes are posted and update the “Last Revised” date above.
Any revisions become effective on the earlier of:
(i) the end of the 7-day notice period or
(ii) your first use of the Service after the changes.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

The Service provides users access to technology products and services, which may include (without limitation): software platforms, CRM, chatbot/AI assistant features, fintech-related solutions (e.g., remittance/digital wallet integrations), call center/omnichannel modules, analytics dashboards, educational or knowledge-base content, and other digital services offered by SupoTech.

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, improve, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.

You are responsible for your use of the Service, including any use made through your account.
Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe experience. When you use the Service, you must comply with these guidelines and all applicable laws:

3.1 Community and Conduct

• Respect others. Do not harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others.
• Be constructive. If the Service includes community/forum features, contribute in a helpful manner.
• No impersonation. Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Think before you share. Do not disclose sensitive personal information (yours or others), such as phone numbers, addresses, IDs, banking details, passwords, or private communications.

3.2 Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content or engage in any conduct that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Pornographic/sexually explicit
• Excessively violent or hateful
• Threatening, harassing, or bullying
• Racist or intolerant content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonation
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or “phishing”
• Contains personal confidential information of others without permission

3.3 Security and System Integrity

You may not:

• Use scripts, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or cheats that disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or probe vulnerabilities
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law

We may remove content or restrict/terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Certain features or services may have additional terms (“Additional Terms”). Where they apply, we will make them available. By using those features, you agree to the Additional Terms.

If you create an account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials;
3. Promptly update your information to keep it accurate; and
4. Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

You represent and warrant that:

• Your access and use of the Service will comply with these Terms and applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction governing the Service.
• You own or have sufficient rights to any content you submit and have the right to grant us the license described below.

If you submit any ratings, reviews, data, text, images, audio, video, files, prompts, feedback, translations, or other materials (“Content”), you grant SupoTech a fully-paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such Content for operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Service.

You acknowledge that other users may access your Content if you share it publicly, and we are not obligated to keep it confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

You will not provide Content that infringes third-party rights or violates any law.

All content and materials provided through the Service, including software, designs, UI/UX, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation (“Service Content”), are owned by SupoTech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service Content.

Subject to these Terms, SupoTech grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to download, install, and use one copy of each App in object-code form only on a device you own or control.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any App except where prohibited by law.

App Store Terms (Apple)

If you access an App via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and your use must comply with applicable App Store terms. Where App Store terms conflict with these Terms, the App Store terms may apply solely for that context.
